All-in-one wall air paths and louvers troubleshooting
Routes outdoor heat-exchanger air through the wall openings, adapters and external louvers of a single-package system.
Failure causes
Choose a cause for symptoms, checks that separate it from similar faults, repair direction and verification.
Blocked wall passage or exterior louver →Debris, an obstructed opening or the wrong louver restricts outdoor-side air movement.Air short circuit or sealing defect →Air bypasses its intended path, or discharge re-enters the intake through an incorrect installation.Wrong adapter, accessory or clearance →An installation accessory or surrounding layout does not suit the actual cabinet and wall configuration.
