Mini-split refrigerant piping and charge troubleshooting

Failure causes
Choose a cause for symptoms, checks that separate it from similar faults, repair direction and verification.
Flare or connection leak →A defective joint loses refrigerant because its surfaces, alignment or assembly do not maintain the intended seal.Kinked pipe or piping outside limits →Damage or unapproved length, diameter or elevation disrupts refrigerant flow and system performance.Service valve position or charge error →A valve position or incorrect installation charge prevents the intended refrigerant circulation.
