Ephoca
Packaged all-in-one inverter heat pumps built in Italy by Innova SrL and sold in the U.S. under the Ephoca label: Wall Mounted, Wall Mounted Pro (adds an ERV and MERV-13 filtration), Vertical Stack and Ceiling variants. The whole circuit ships factory-sealed in one indoor cabinet breathing through two core-drilled wall openings — no outdoor unit, no line set — which is why multifamily electrification retrofits spec them floor after floor.
What they make
All-in-one heat pump (no outdoor unit)
Reference for nowA packaged inverter heat pump with the entire refrigerant circuit factory-sealed in one indoor cabinet, breathing through two core-drilled openings in the exterior wall. No outdoor unit, no line set, no field-made joints — the multifamily electrification retrofit play where the facade has no room for condensers.
Reference-only — and honestly closer to appliance work than gauges-and-manifold work: the circuit ships sealed and stays sealed, so service is boards, sensors, fan motors, filters and condensate. The A2L start-up guide commissions field-built splits; nothing here gets brazed, flared or charged on site. Manufacturer literature leads.
Tech support
Tech support here is the guided Copilot with your Ephoca info already loaded — one question at a time, evidence before parts, and everything you enter rides into the service report.
Model-number decoding here covers residential and multi-family split systems and package units, 5 tons and under — Ephoca equipment lives outside that scope, so the manufacturer’s literature leads on model specifics. The Copilot still loads the brand for a guided session.
